Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the items you purchase. The amount will be displayed after you enter the shipping destination address. Items shipped via freight will be delivered via threshold (first dry area of home) and should arrive within 4 to 7 weeks from purchase. Select items can be shipped via parcel and will arrive 2 to 4 weeks from purchase.

Returns Policy

While we do our best to photograph and note any damages, dirt, missing parts, or imperfections, your item may arrive with additional minor issues that were not caught during inspection. All items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund. By purchasing an item, you agree to accept it in the condition it arrives in and release the seller from any further obligations or liability, regardless of any damage caused during the shipping process.

However, should you notice any damages beyond what was noted in the listing, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and we will look into any possible solutions. Of course, if the item arrives in an unusable or irreparable condition, we will work with you to determine the appropriate refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless if the item has shipped.
