In our continuous efforts to redefine the resale market for oversized Recommerce items, we are moving away from offering furniture online. Instead, we are embracing existing local distribution channels.
All items are sold “as is”, meaning items include minor issues and are not eligible for a refund. However, should you notice any damages beyond what was noted in the listing, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and we will look into any possible solutions. We will honor cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. Once an item ships, we cannot honor a cancellation request.
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the items you purchase. The amount will be displayed after you enter the shipping destination address. The items are ready to be shipped from our warehouse directly to you. A member of our carrier network will be in contact to schedule a delivery time that works best for you. Expect deliveries to be threshold and to arrive 6 to 8 weeks from purchase.
